General Care

Vacuum regularly using a soft upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth and avoid rubbing the affected area. Keep the sofa away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture and strong heat sources.

Vegan Suede

Use a soft upholstery brush or low-suction vacuum to remove surface dust. Blot spills gently and avoid soaking the material.

Vegan Leather

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry the surface immediately. Do not use oils, solvents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.

Corduroy

Vacuum gently in the direction of the fabric pile. Blot spills immediately and avoid scrubbing, which may flatten or distort the texture.

Velvet

Use a soft upholstery brush to maintain the direction of the pile. Avoid excessive pressure, moisture and harsh cleaning products.

Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for deep stains or complete cleaning. Always test any cleaning product on a small hidden area first.

This sofa is custom made according to your selected colour and upholstery material. The estimated production timeframe is approximately 6–10 weeks from order confirmation.

Sydney delivery, interstate delivery and pickup from our Kellyville Studio, NSW 2155 may be arranged once the sofa is complete and ready.

Delivery charges and transit times depend on the destination postcode, property access and courier availability.

Custom sofas generally take approximately 8–10 weeks from order confirmation to completion. Timeframes may vary slightly depending on the selected colour, upholstery material and current production schedule. We will contact you once your sofa is ready for delivery or collection.

Can I collect the sofa in Sydney?

Yes. Pickup may be arranged from our Kellyville Studio, NSW 2155 after the sofa is complete and collection has been confirmed.
