Step 2: Customize Your Sofa

We’ll guide you through the options to create a piece that perfectly fits your space and lifestyle.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Once you're happy with your selections, place your order with us. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to begin production.
Step 4: Production & Shipping (6–8 Weeks)
Your sofa will be carefully made and shipped to Australia. This process takes around 6–8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated at every key stage.
Step 5: Final Payment
If you chose self-pickup, the remaining balance can be paid at the time of pickup.
If you chose delivery, the balance must be paid before shipping.
Step 6: Delivery or Pickup
Once your sofa arrives in your local area:
Our local delivery team will call you to schedule a delivery time
OR
You can pick up from our warehouse(Sydney Only) if you’ve arranged self-collection.

Our Customization offering includes 7 unique shapes: one seater, two seater, three seater, two seater with arms, corner unit, ottoman, and kids’ seater—each crafted with premium foam for ergonomic support. Choose from over 50 colors and six luxurious materials, including:
